USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

 

 

IMPORTANT – READ THIS CAREFULLY:  The WC Summaries User License Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) constitutes a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and WC Summaries for the Workers’ Compensation Settlement Guide single-user product(s), including computer software and associated media, printed materials, supplements, updates and “on-line website service” (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).  By subscribing to the on-line service or otherwise using the Product, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Product.NOTICE: the "Illinois Workers Compensation Settlement Guide" and all updates are copyrighted with all rights reserved.

 

PRODUCT LICENSE:

 

1.         LICENSE GRANT.  This Agreement grants you the following rights:

 

            *          Single Use.  You may install and use the Product on a single computer, including but not limited to a workstation, terminal or other electronic device (hereinafter “Computer”).

 

            *          Storage / Network use.  You may not also store, install a copy of the Product or use the on-line service on a network server.

 

            *          A license for the Product may not be shared or used concurrently on different Computers.
